About our business
What exactly is Cruise Reservation Booking?
Cruise Reservation Booking is a trading name of Cruise Titans INC, an independent travel agency registered in the United States with an office in Las Vegas, Nevada. We research travel options, explain them clearly, and help travellers complete reservations with the supplier that provides the travel service.
Are you a cruise line, or part of one?
No. We are not a cruise line, airline, hotel, resort or tour operator, and we do not own or operate any part of the travel service. We are a travel agency: we advise, research and assist with bookings.
Are you affiliated with or endorsed by any travel supplier?
No. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or acting as the official website of any cruise line, airline, hotel, resort or other travel supplier. All trademarks, service marks and brand names referred to anywhere on this website belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification purposes.
How long have you been in business?
Our agency was established to serve U.S. travellers with independent travel planning and booking assistance. If you would like details about our registration, please email info@cruisereservationbooking.com and we will be happy to provide them.
Pricing and fees
Why do you not publish prices on this website?
Because prices in travel change continuously and depend on availability, travel dates, occupancy and supplier rules at the moment of booking. Publishing figures that are out of date would be misleading. Instead, your advisor confirms complete, itemised pricing to you in writing for the specific trip you are considering, before you pay anything.
Does it cost me anything to use your service?
There is no charge for sending an enquiry or for receiving a written proposal. When a booking is completed, we may receive a commission from the supplier. If any fee applies to your booking, it is disclosed to you in writing before you confirm. We do not claim to guarantee savings, and we never advertise a lowest-price promise.
Will I see all the taxes and fees before I pay?
Yes. Before any payment is taken you receive a written summary showing the total cost, including taxes, port fees, government charges and any mandatory supplier fees, along with what is included and what is not.
How do I pay, and how do I know a request for payment is genuine?
Payments are made through the supplier's secure payment process or through a documented channel confirmed to you in writing. We will never ask you for payment by gift card, prepaid card, cryptocurrency, or a wire transfer to a personal account, and we will never pressure you to pay within minutes. If anything feels unusual, stop and email us at info@cruisereservationbooking.com before sending money.
Using the enquiry form
What happens after I submit the form?
Your details are emailed securely to our team at info@cruisereservationbooking.com and reviewed by a travel advisor, who replies within one business day using the contact method you selected.
What information should I not send through the form?
Please do not send passport numbers, government ID numbers, payment card details, bank details or scanned documents through this website. We will tell you exactly what is needed, and how to send it safely, once we begin working together.
Can I ask you not to call me?
Of course. Choose email as your contact preference on the form and we will keep everything in writing. You can change your preference or ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
How is my personal information used?
We use it to respond to your enquiry and to provide the service you asked for. We do not sell personal information. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Booking, changes and support
Can you guarantee a particular itinerary, cabin or seat?
No. Availability, cabin allocation and seat assignment are controlled by the supplier. We will request what you want, explain the realistic chances, and confirm in writing what has actually been secured.
What if I need to change or cancel after booking?
Change and cancellation rights come from the supplier's fare rules and any written terms we agreed with you. We explain those rules before you pay, help you submit requests, and tell you honestly what is and is not possible. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Do you arrange travel protection or travel insurance?
We can explain the protection options offered by suppliers or recommended third-party providers, and we strongly encourage travellers to review cover for medical costs, trip interruption and cancellation. Decisions about cover are yours, and we do not provide insurance advice.
What support do I get while I am travelling?
Your advisor remains your point of contact during office hours for questions and follow-up with suppliers. For immediate problems on the day, contact the supplier directly using the numbers in your travel documents, as they control the service.
Do you help travellers with accessibility requirements?
Yes. Tell us about mobility, dietary, medical or sensory requirements in your enquiry and we will research what is available and what the supplier can genuinely accommodate. Accessible cabins and rooms are limited, so early planning helps.
Still have a question?
Send it to info@cruisereservationbooking.com or use the enquiry form on our contact page. A U.S. based advisor will reply within one business day.
