These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any travel advice, research or booking assistance we provide. Please read them carefully. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About us and our role

This website is operated by Cruise Titans INC, 4625 West Nevso Dr., Ste 2 & 3, Las Vegas, NV 89103, USA, trading as Cruise Reservation Booking. We are an independent travel agency. We are not a cruise line, airline, hotel, resort, tour operator, transfer provider or any other travel supplier, and we do not own or operate any part of the travel service.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or acting as the official website, authorised agent or booking partner of any travel supplier. All trademarks, service marks, trade names and logos referenced anywhere on this website belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify products and services.

2. Information on this website is not an offer

This website is an information and enquiry service. It does not display, publish, advertise or compare prices, and it does not offer travel for sale. Nothing on this website constitutes a quotation, an offer to sell, a binding rate, or a guarantee of availability. Descriptive content, region guides and images are provided for general information only and may be changed at any time without notice. Images are illustrative and may not depict the specific product, category or view that will be provided.

3. Enquiries and proposals

When you submit an enquiry, you are asking us to research options and contact you. Submitting an enquiry is free and creates no obligation on either side. Any written proposal we send is based on availability and pricing at the time it is prepared and is subject to verification, availability and supplier confirmation. Complete pricing, including taxes, fees and mandatory charges, and the supplier's terms will be disclosed to you in writing before any booking is confirmed or any payment is requested.

4. Bookings, payment and supplier terms

Travel services are supplied by third-party suppliers, not by us. When you book through us, a contract for the travel service is formed between you and the relevant supplier, and that supplier's terms and conditions apply in addition to any written terms agreed with us. In particular:

• deposits, payment deadlines and final payment dates are set by the supplier;
• changes, cancellation, refunds and no-show rules are set by the supplier's fare or booking rules;
• schedules, itineraries, ports of call, aircraft types, vessels, hotels and amenities may change without notice;
• travel documents, visa and entry requirements, health requirements and identification rules are your responsibility, and we will point you to the relevant information where we can.

Payments are made through the supplier's secure payment process or through a documented channel that is confirmed to you in writing. We will never ask you to pay by gift card, prepaid card, cryptocurrency or a wire transfer to a personal account.

5. Our fees and commission

There is no charge to submit an enquiry or receive a written proposal. When a booking is completed we may receive a commission from the supplier. Where any fee applies to your booking, it will be disclosed to you in writing before you confirm. Nothing on this website should be read as a promise of savings, a lowest-price claim, or a guarantee of any particular rate.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information, including traveller names exactly as they appear on the identification used for travel.
• Check all documents we send you immediately and tell us about any error straight away.
• Ensure valid passports, visas, identification and health documentation for every traveller.
• Arrive on time for flights, transfers and departures, and allow reasonable time for connections.
• Review any travel protection options and make your own decision about cover.
• Do not use this website for unlawful purposes or submit false, abusive or misleading information.

7. Website use and intellectual property

The design, layout, text, graphics and code of this website are owned by or licensed to Cruise Titans INC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, resell or create derivative works from this website without our written permission.

8. Third-party links and content

This website may link to third-party websites, including supplier websites, for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices of third-party websites.

9. Availability of this website

We aim to keep this website available and accurate but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete or current. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or enjoyment, arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or the acts or omissions of travel suppliers. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights against a travel supplier under that supplier's terms.

11. Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, email info@cruisereservationbooking.com with a description of the issue and any booking reference. We will acknowledge your complaint within one business day and investigate promptly. Where a complaint concerns a supplier's own service or policy, we will help you raise it with the supplier and follow up on your behalf.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the courts of Nevada have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available where you live.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its "last updated" date, is the version that applies. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
