Travel planning services for travellers in the United States

Whether you need help choosing an itinerary, arranging flights that connect properly with your travel dates, or coordinating a full vacation package for a large family, our advisors handle the research and the detail so you can make one confident decision.

Cruise travel planning

Our most requested service, and the one where good advice makes the biggest difference.

  • Help narrowing down regions, sailing seasons and itinerary lengths.
  • Explanations of ship size, atmosphere and what each style of travel feels like day to day.
  • Cabin and stateroom guidance, including accessible cabin requirements.
  • Departure port advice so you can weigh driving versus flying to your sailing.
  • Practical timing notes on when to start planning for peak seasons.

Flights and air arrangements

Flights that actually work with your travel dates, not not just the first results a search engine happens to show.

  • Domestic and international flight options matched to your travel window.
  • Arrival-window guidance so you are never cutting it fine on a travel day.
  • Baggage, seat and connection considerations explained before you commit.
  • Advice on when to arrive before a sailing, and how to handle same-day travel risks.

Hotels, resorts and pre-travel stays

The nights before and after your travel days matter more than most people expect.

  • Airport and port-area hotels that make early departures manageable.
  • Pre and post-travel resort stays to extend your holiday properly.
  • Location, transfer and accessibility notes so nothing is a surprise on arrival.
  • Family room configurations and connecting-room requests.

Complete vacation packages

One coordinated plan rather than five separate bookings you have to manage yourself.

  • Flights, transfers, accommodation and add-ons planned together.
  • Timings checked against each other so connections and check-ins line up.
  • A single written itinerary covering every element of the trip.
  • Help understanding which parts are flexible and which are not.

Family, group and celebration travel

Milestone birthdays, anniversaries, reunions and multi-generational trips.

  • Coordinating several households with different needs and budgets in mind.
  • Keeping everyone informed with clear written summaries they can share.
  • Group dining, seating and cabin proximity requests where available.
  • Thoughtful touches for the occasion, arranged through suppliers.

Changes, questions and travel-day support

Help after you have booked, when questions tend to appear.

  • Document and itinerary checks before you travel.
  • Guidance on change and cancellation rules for each supplier.
  • Advice on travel protection products offered by suppliers or third parties.
  • A phone number and email address that reach a real person during office hours.

What is included, and what is not

Our research, advice planning and booking assistance are provided at no charge to you when a booking is completed with a supplier. Before you commit to anything, we tell you in writing:

  • which supplier provides each part of the travel service;
  • the complete cost, including taxes and any mandatory fees;
  • what is included and what is not;
  • the supplier's change, cancellation and refund rules;
  • any optional extras and whether they are refundable.

Important

We do not publish or quote prices on this website, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell travel or a guaranteed rate. All travel is sold subject to availability and to the supplier's own terms and conditions. Prices, schedules, itineraries and amenities are set by suppliers and can change without notice.

Service limitations you should know about

We want you to understand exactly what we can and cannot do, so there are no misunderstandings later:

  • We do not operate, own or control any ship, aircraft, hotel, resort, transfer vehicle or excursion.
  • We cannot override a supplier's fare rules, change fees, cancellation policy or refund decision.
  • We cannot guarantee availability, specific cabin numbers, seat assignments or upgrade outcomes.
  • We cannot guarantee that a schedule, port of call or itinerary will not change.
  • We cannot promise savings, and we never make a lowest-price promise.
  • We do not provide legal, insurance, visa or medical advice.

If something falls outside what we can do, we will say so plainly and point you to the supplier or the right kind of professional.
