How planning your trip with us works
No accounts to create, no aggressive follow-up calls and no hidden steps. Here is the whole process, from the moment you send your enquiry to the moment you are ready to travel.
You send us the basics
Fill in the enquiry form with what you already know: where you would like to go, roughly when, who is travelling and anything that matters to you. If you are only at the idea stage, that is fine too — write "just exploring" in the message box and we will start with options and ideas.
The form asks for your name, email address, phone number and trip details. That is all we need to begin. We do not ask for passport numbers, payment details or identity documents at this stage, and you should never send those through a website form.
An advisor contacts you within one business day
Your enquiry goes to a U.S. based travel advisor, not to a call centre queue. They will reach you using the contact preference you chose, at a sensible hour, and ask any follow-up questions needed to narrow things down — for example whether you prefer a livelier or quieter atmosphere, how you feel about sea days, or how far you are willing to fly to a departure city.
This conversation is free and does not commit you to anything.
We research and present your options in writing
Your advisor checks current availability with the relevant suppliers and prepares a written summary for you. Depending on your request, that summary typically includes:
- Route, itinerary and travel dates, with notes on what makes each option different.
- Complete pricing including taxes, port fees and any mandatory charges.
- What is included and what is not, in plain language.
- The supplier's deposit, payment, change, cancellation and refund rules.
- Practical notes on flights, transfers, timing and documents.
You are welcome to ask questions, request alternatives or compare options at your own pace.
You decide, and we help you complete the booking
If you are happy with a proposal, we complete the reservation with the supplier and send you written confirmation with your booking references and payment schedule. If you decide not to proceed, simply tell us and we will close the enquiry — there is nothing to pay and no further follow-up unless you ask for it.
After your booking, your advisor remains your point of contact for questions before you travel and help with anything that comes up afterwards, within the supplier's rules and the terms we agreed.
Answering the questions people ask before they start
Will I be pressured into booking?
No. Pressure selling is not how we work and it is not how we want to earn your business. If we do not hear back from you, we will send one polite follow-up at most, and then we will leave you in peace unless you come back to us.
Can I ask for a specific itinerary or travel date?
Absolutely. Give us the dates and the region and we will research what is available and explain what is realistic. Popular dates and cabin categories can sell out well in advance, especially in peak season, so the earlier you ask the more choice you tend to have.
Do you charge a fee for planning?
There is no charge for sending an enquiry or for receiving a written proposal. If any supplier-imposed or service fee ever applies to a booking, it is disclosed to you in writing before you confirm anything. We do not publish rates on this website because every trip is priced individually by the supplier at the time of booking.
What if my plans change after I book?
Change and cancellation options depend entirely on the supplier's fare rules, which are confirmed to you in writing before you pay. Where a change is possible, we help you request it; where it is not, we will tell you honestly. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for the full explanation.
Who do I contact if something goes wrong while I am travelling?
Start with the travel supplier on the ground, because they control the service. Then contact your advisor during office hours and we will help you escalate and follow up. For emergencies outside office hours, use the supplier's own 24-hour assistance line, which is listed in your travel documents.
